G6PD is rate limiting enzyme in pentose phosphate pathway (PPP), have effective physiological role supply of NADPH by converting it into Glucose-6-phosphate to phospogluconate which acts as a major cell reductant and useful survival. Brain highly sophisticated organ our body requires continuous energy form glucose. Daily requirement brain glucose 120gm. plays key it. According WHO 75% world population more than one gene for around 2.9% deficient. It most common enzymatic disorder effecting 200-400 million people. exist all oxidative damage responsible various neurodegenerative like Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s, Schizophrenia catatonia, Neuronal toxicity etc. The research work was aimed check the neuroprotective potential Melatonin with Primaquine Aspirin (contraindicated deficient individuals) Atrazine induced deficiency Albino Rats. Study carried out biochemical parameters (G6PD, Nitrites, LDH, Glucose), neurotransmitters (Serotonin, Dopamine, Nor-adrenaline), anti-oxidant activity (GSH, LPO, SOD Catalase) histopathological evaluation.
